Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Cape Town
Arrive at Cape Town International Airport. Meet your English speaking driver and you will be transferred to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight in Cape Town.
Day 2: Cape Town
After breakfast, enjoy the Cape Point Tour where you visit the fishing village of Hout Bay. Then, continue traveling over Chapman’s Peak Drive onto Cape Point. Later, visit Boulder’s Beach Penguin Colony and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.

Day 3: Cape Town
Today morning, proceed for a city tour. You will drive pass the Castle of Good Hope, the Parliament Buildings, Tuinhuis, Company Gardens, St George’s Cathedral and the Malay Quarter. Continue for a visit up the Table Mountain (weather permitting) where you may take a cable car trip to the top of Table Mountain. Visit the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront in the afternoon.

Day 4: Cape Town – Paarl
Pick up your rental car today in Cape Town. Enjoy a scenic drive to Franschhoek Valley. Stop to visit the Huguenot Memorial and Museum before stopping at one of the fine wine estates in the region for wine tasting. Cross Helshoogte Pass and descend into historic Stellenbosch with its broad streets shaded by tall oaks and lined by buildings designed and constructed to resist the ravages of time. Many can be seen and enjoyed along Dorp Street and Die Braak, the old village green. Do not miss out on the opportunity to visit Oom Samie se Winkel (Uncle Sammy’s Shop) in Dorp Street, which sells a marvelous variety of items ranging from traditional home preserves to curios. Drive to Paarl and check – in to the hotel.

Day 5: Paarl – Hermanus
Today morning drive to Hermanus, known as the heart of the whale route. This seaside resort in Walker Bay offers the best land based whale watching in the world. A cliff path stretching from one side of the town to the other, hugs the coastline for about 12 km giving whale watchers unlimited opportunities to study and get within 20m of the gentle giants in the coves below. Telescopes situated alongside the Old Harbour Museum makes it possible to survey the entire Walker Bay and the whales and dolphins at a close range. Afternoon is at leisure to explore this seaside town.

Day 6: Hermanus – Knsyna
Start early and travel along the garden route to Knysna. Embark on an afternoon cruise on the John Benn vessel on Knysna Lagoon, famous for its Oysters. They are a treat for all the sea food lovers.

Day 7: Knsyna
After breakfast, proceed for a day excursion to Oudtshoorn. Experience the Little Karoo at its best, a truly scenic wonder of Africa. This tour covers the magic of this unique area with visits to the vast limestone caverns of the Cango Caves, an ostrich show farm, where you can see, touch and ride an ostrich and the Cheetah Wildlife Ranch, where you will find white tigers, lion, cheetah, crocodile and many more animals.

Day 8: Knysna – Port Elizabeth – Kwantu Game Reserve
Today, drive down to Port Elizabeth, South Africa’s fifth largest city located on the Indian Ocean coast. Thereafter, you will be driven to Kwantu Game Reserve. Lunch will be served depending on the time of arrival. In the evening, enjoy a game drive.

Day 9: Kwantu Game Reserve
Today, enjoy a full day game drive. Also visit Kwantu Private Game Reserve’s Education and Rehabilitation Centre. It is home to various different species of predators.
